IAWIW –The International Associated Women in Wine Association- was founded as a non-profit organization in Madrid in 2002 on the initiative of six women’s wine associations from: France, Germany, Greece, Spain, Hungary and Switzerland.
IAWIW’s aim is to provide a federation for Wine Women’s Associations from around the world. It aims to promote and develop the intelligent consumption of wine, to further wine’s cultural aspects, to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas between women wine professionals.
